Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing orders@kitchygadgets.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange them.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

• Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If your KitchyGadgets products have a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, replace them for you at no cost. 

Our goal it to make sure our customers get the best customer service so you come back. As long as your return is reasonable we will be glad to be flexible where it merits it. 

We stand by the quality of our products. In fact most of our manufacturers offer a lifetime or limited warranty where they will replace your product free of charge if there is a defect. In the case where there is a defect, the only requirement by you is to ship the product to the respective manufacturer to process the exchange. If need to process an exchange, please fill out our warranty form and our customer service team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
